The new online Cash Game Championship is set to make its debut this coming March. This championship is not for the faint hearted and will require a lot of dedication and hard sweat to take a share of the $250,000 waiting to be won.
This type of promotion PartyPoker has up for offer has never been seen before.
What makes it so unique?
Unlike a rake race or rake chase, players are not judged on the amount of rake they generate, but on the amount of money they win within the levels. This is definitely a competition for the players who want to win it all and are rewarded for doing so.
The competition will be broken up into seven separate levels with a second chance option for players who did not manage to make it to level 2 the first time. Players are required to play at least 400 hands a day at each level. The most profitable players will then advance towards the final table which will take place on 2nd April.
As a player progresses through the levels they will find that the competition will get more fierce, the stakes will become higher but the rewards will be worth the fight.
Competition dates will be as follows:
Level 1: 1st to 5th March
Level 2: 8th to 12th March
Level 3: 15th to 17th March
Level 4: 22nd to 23rd March
Level 5: 25th to 26th March
Level 6: 29th March
Level 7 (Final Table): 2nd April
PartyPoker will take the first 400 hands of a player’s best day, based on winnings and profits. The stakes are set and players are able to paly as much as they wish.
The competition structure is as follows:
