It was ’Isildur1’ who started off better, going up $22,150 after only 200 hands, but it took no more than two major pots for ’urnotindangr’ to eliminate Blom’s lead.
However, ‘Isildur1’ managed to take almost all the major pots after that; 1,166 hands into the game, he had a profit of $69,400 which even exceeded $100,000 nearing the finish of the session.
With yet another turn, ‘urnotindangr’ grabbed three huge pots in the last 500 hands; he first went all-in with A J against Blom’s A K on the 5 5 J flop (the turn and river were neutral), then showed T 9 for two pairs on the 8 Q 9 4 T board against his opponent’s 8 6 busted draw. In the last big hand, they shoved preflop.

Eventually, ‘Isildur1’ won the session with a profit of $61,182. He has so far lost only to Isaac Haxton in the SuperStar Showdown; according to the official results, he defeated Tony G, Daniel ’jungleman12’ Cates, Eugene Katchalov, Attila ’DodgyFish72’ Gulcsik, Daniel Negreanu and even Palmer. Although both Negreanu and Palmer won sessions against him, they also played rematches and ’Isildur1’ ultimately bested both.
