Eugene Katchalov is Next to Take On Isildur1

PokerStars released the next challenger of Viktor 'Isildur1' Blom. Contrary to many beliefs about Daniel Negreanu wanting to be next, it's the <a href="http://www.rakerace.com/news/poker-tournaments/pca-super-high-roller-katchalov-wins-negreanu-2nd/">2011 PCA Super High Roller</a> event and WCOOP winner Eugene Katchalov, who gets the opportunity to take the young Swedish pro's money.

The SuperStar Showdown has become a very popular format, many challengers are in line to play against Isildur1. So far he's quite good at the tables, he lost the first one against Isaac Haxton, but won the second against Tony G and the third one against Daniel Cates. Now it's Katchalov's turn at the $50/$100 NLHE tables until 2500 hands. Katchalov will play under his usual screen name 'MyRabbiFoo'.

As always, the match is viewable online, it will take place Sunday afternoon this week, but if you can't watch it live, PokerStars Blog, and of course we will cover it the next day.
