Duhamel Hit by Martin Finger at the PCA Players Party

The players party of the PCA 2012 was held 2 days ago, on 14 January, with the participation of many accomplished poker pros like 2010 WSOP Main Event champion Jonathan Duhamel and EPT Prague's champion, Martin '0Piggybank' Finger is. According to news, the two of them had disagreements being intoxicated, and things turned physical quickly.


The scandal was reported by the HU SNG specialist PlauZee, who wrote a blog post about the event:

Martin Finger, “0Piggybank“, who won EPT Prague and became top4 at the PCA 5k HU Event just told me the most recent story of his funny and weird party-life… After he had gone to prison at EPT London’s players party he got into trouble again:

Last night at PCA Bahamas he got kicked out of the players party after Duhamel has been asking for trouble. Duhamel was totally wasted and spoiling for a fight, Finger told me. Finger wanted to pass by when Duhamel instantly started bitching to Finger without any reason, he said. It was still Finger who got kicked out by the securities, not Duhamel. In front of the club Finger, who normally hates to fight with anybody, took his chance and beat Duhamel in his face before the security avoided a real fight between both of them. A lot of other players were there as well when it happened, so let’s see if we’ll find more details reported by them soon." - posted PlauZee, who also included the chat log between him and Piggybank.

Duhamel's version is not known just yet, however, online pro Ankush 'pistons87' Mandavia added that he met Duhamel at the airport and he was quite upset and told him he is going to take revenge on Piggybank.

One thing is for sure, it's not advisable to believe everything Finger says, he had quite a few mishaps being drunk, as PlauZee writes in his blog, Finger was arrested back then at the EPT London, because he was hungry when drunk, and since the restaurant wasn't open he broke into it to help himself.

Duhamel ran very good at PCA, and in tournaments general, but his life seems to be much more complicated, as we reported, he was robbed in December last year, and he himself was beaten. He had to be taken to the hospital after the event.
