Next in the line are Betfred, Coral Poker and Titan Poker. While these have not yet included the platform in their portfolio, Playtech Chief Executive Mor Weizer confirmed the launch and the skins’ representatives expect a kickoff around mid-September to be realistic. It remains to be seen what devices the skins would support; for example, Coral’s current mobile client is available only on the Apple phones and tablets.
Supported are cash games and the fast-fold offering of the network, Speed Poker; apparently, tournaments and Sit n’ Gos will only become available later. The client also allows players to sign up and deposit – that is, where this option is legally available. Released first for the international market, a kickoff in the regulated countries can also be expected soon, next to further improvements and updates.
While iPoker has been relatively slow to react to the rise of mobile gaming, the network can now expect a rise in revenues with the new platform, especially considering that one of their most popular rooms, Paddy Power Poker, has already reported a major increase in the traffic of its own mobile offering.
