The 301 events had 304,679 entries in total, coming from 43,468 unique users. This is how the combined prize pool of the tournaments swelled up from the originally guaranteed $20 million up to $27,012,812.
Looking at these numbers there’s no denying that this year’s Powerfest was a great success for partypoker.
The biggest individual payout was to a player with the screen name juanpedro99: $660,067 landed on his account after finishing first at the $25,500 buy-in Super High Roller. Altogether $4,805,757 went to tournament winners.
And for those who managed to top the field in any of the 301 tournament, Powerfest isn’t even finished yet: on May 28th they can enter the invitational Tournament of Champions where the first prize is $15,999 worth of tournament tickets!
