Microgaming's flagship event will offer a total of 94 events in two weeks.
The largest tournament series of the Microgaming Network(MPN) the Universal Championship of Online Poker will return with a new edition in September, where players can compete for €1,000,000 in guaranteed prize pools across 94 events.
The first UCOP was organized back in 2015, with a €200,000 GTD over 12 events. It returned in September 2016, offering €500K in total prizes, while the year 2017 saw the guarantees grew to €750,000.
In 2018 the latest edition of the festival successfully went down with a €1 million GTD.
This festival series certainly doesn't aim at the highest of rollers, meaning, that the low- to mid-stakes online MTT grinders can count on pretty nice ROIs in the UCOP!
The events will be divided into two buy-in categories, low- and mid-stakes with five additional nano-stakes tournaments for buy-ins as little as €2 and €3. The guarantees will range between €1,000 and €100,000. All tournaments will be in NLH and PLO formats.
