PokerStars Launches New Tournament Lobby and Wants Feedback

PokerStars keeps its spot as a top online poker site. These changes aim to make the user experience better. PokerStars also asks for player feedback on new tournament lobby designs to ensure the platform meets player needs.

In the latest update, PokerStars added several key features. The main highlight is the redesigned cashier. This new cashier is simpler and more modern. It is the first big change since 2018. 

The new cashier is now available to players with dot-com, dot-UK, and Romanian licenses. However, PokerStars paused the rollout to make further improvements based on initial feedback.

PokerStars also updated several lobbies. The Power Path lobby in the UK and dot-com markets has a fresh look. The Home Games lobby received updates in Belgium and Switzerland. New color-coded action buttons were added. Players can now choose colours like green, yellow, or blue for actions such as check, call, and bet. 

This replaces the old red buttons. The Rabbit Hunt feature, first for play money tables, is now in real cash games. PokerStars plans to add it to tournaments soon. The update also fixed various bugs, making the platform more stable.

These updates were released earlier this month and are now available in select markets. PokerStars plans to make these features available to more players in future updates. 

Users on Windows 7 and 8 will no longer get client updates. They can still play games, but they won’t receive new updates. This encourages players to use newer operating systems for the best experience.

PokerStars is also working on its tournament lobbies. The goal is to make them more user-friendly and attractive. The new lobby designs focus on clarity. 

They highlight key details like time remaining for the next level, prize pools, buy-ins, and the number of players left. These designs are still being tested. PokerStars may include them in future updates based on player feedback.
