Full Tilt Poker vs AGCC - Trial Goes on Today

Although no official statement has been published, inside sources say no progress has been yet achieved by Full Tilt Poker at the hearing of the Alderney Gambling Control Commission (AGCC) on the 19th September.

As we have reported before, the AGCC held a hearing in connection with Full Tilt Poker's suspended license on the 26th July in the Park Plaza Victoria Hotel in London. At the end of the trial, Full Tilt Poker was granted time until 15th September to find an investor, pay its debts towards players and with this complete the requirements of the license. Later on, this date was postponed to 19th September.

Full Tilt vs AGCC

The hearing yesterday in the London Riverbank Park Plaza Hotel was held behind closed doors and ended around 5 P.M. Neither of the sides has issued a statement so far, but local reports say there is nothing to share with the public yet. According to a person allegedly having taken part in the trial and not willing to disclose true identity, "nothing has happened so far".

The trial will go on today, but most of the experts say no serious development is to be anticipated today, and the most possible ooutcome could be that Full Tilt receives some more extra time.
