Koon defeated Healey, getting another ace on the board to his A-9 hand against K-3 but he was railed already and Steinberg was in the finale by the time Hagerling and Timoshenko finished their game: they shoved on the 9 3 2 9 Q board, Hagerling showing 9 5 against Timoshenko’s T 7 bluff.
Eventually, Hagerling also made it to the finale, defeating Ausmus with a flush after another epic duel.
