An impressive $1,655,629 was offered as the first prize of the event, in addition to the equally breathtaking Lamborghini Gallardo LP560-4. Not only that, but an incredible 7,450 finishes were in the money out of the almost 60,000 players. Still, the really big cash was to be found at the final table: all the top seven finishes were to pay over $100,000. That is not exactly how it turned out, however.

It did not take long for them to realise the odds were quite even, so negotiations started which caused a pause of around half an hour. A deal was proposed to distribute the remainder of the prize pool among them in proportion to their stacks; chipleader wrzr123 was, however, reluctant to accept his share. After the issue was remedied by Bdbeatslayer offering him an additional $5,000 from his own cut, zeurrr wanted to seize the opportunity and negotiate way more for himself than what he was offered. Eventually, others made him come to his senses and with the shares settled, a loose aggressive play commenced for the Gallardo.
