Bwin.Party Merger Complete?

<a href="http://www.rakerace.com/news/other-news-and-articles/bwin-partygaming-merger-almost-complete/">As we informed you a few weeks ago</a>, <a href="http://www.rakerace.com/poker-rooms/bwin/">Bwin</a> and PartyGaming have completed their merger by March 31; as it could be predicted, they now released their joint website, bwinparty.com.

If you type PartyGaming.com into your browser's address bar, it will redirect you to the new website, bwinparty.com. This signals that another phase has started in the Bwin + PartyGaming merger, hopefully the merging of the player pools. From the point of view of poker it is highly debated, however, how the two companies might go about doing that. PartyPoker has been an independent room, and is now one of the core businesses and main brands of bwin.party. Bwin is part of the Ongame Network, which is rumored to be sold soon after the merger is complete. No further information has been revealed yet.
