As we reported in April, the personal project entitled 'Bet Raise Fold: The Story of Online Poker' (working title: BOOM) made by Jay Rosenkrantz, Taylor Caby and filmmaker Ryan Firpo was set to premiere in June. The first screening of the finished documentary took place on Wednesday evening at the Palms Hotel and Casino in the United States.
The idea for the documentary came 7 years ago according to the producers, but filming started 3 years ago. The newest, and many say, most comprehensive summary of online poker tells the story of the highly popular online poker from its infancy through the Black Friday's events till today.

The film's premiere was a major success, the round of applause was followed by a brief Q/A session with the three main characters in the documentary, Tony “Bond18” Dunst, Martin “Alexeimartov” Bradstreet and Danielle Moon-Andseren. They all thanked the contibutions made by benefactors of the project via backing and supporting the Kickstarter project.
