Ultimate Beat's trailer:
Ultimate Bet's superuser fraud ran between June 2003 and December 2007. Players were alarmed by some suspicious events at the tables; several reports were filed about high stakes players who win lots of money with strange games, they always seemed to know when to raise and when to fold. Investigations started; Ultimate Bet's license issuer Kahnawake Gaming Commission (KGC) discovered the superuser fraud in 2009. 1994 WSOP champion Russ Hamilton was named as the main plaintiff.
According to the findings of the investigation, Hamilton and his 31 associates had access to 117 accounts at Ultimate Bet. They used the 'AuditMonster1' and 'AuditMonster2' (created for security reasons) to spectate the tables, as these two accounts revealed all the hole cards to its user. All the leading figures at Ultimate Bet had access to these accounts. All they had to do is log in as a spectator, and plunder the given players from another account.
Ultimate Bet's former programmer released an 3-hour long audio recording this May. On the tape, UB founder and CEO Greg Pierson and two Ultimate Bet attorneys, Daniel Friedberg and Sanford 'Sandy' Millar are talking about the fraud, and how he managed to win $16 million, and has no intention to pay it back.
