John Racener Arrested for DUI

<strong>John Racener</strong>, 24-year-old runner-up of the <em>2010 WSOP Main Event</em> was arrested again. He was charged with his third DUI (Driving Under Influence).

The pro player of South Tampa was caught in Hillsborough County again (where he has been arrested 2 times before, in 2005 and 2007). He refused blood-alcohol testing and was booked into the Hillsborough County Jail on a $1,000 bail.

The young November Niner was also charged with a misdemeanor battery in 2009, so his criminal record continues to grow with the current DUI. Of course being arrested doesn't mean he drove drunk only 3 times, 2+2 users speculate that Racener must have been drunk driving much more than that and he must be an alcoholic, and needs treatment. The reasons are not clear, he might go through some kind of "2nd place depression" after he lost the final heads-up of WSOP against Jonathan Duhamel, Canadian pro.

Whatever the truth is, and under what influence Racener has been, he might be sentenced to jail time according to current law.
