Spring Sales at iPoker – Play for Less

The iPoker network, which is behind rooms like Betfred and MyBet, offers some of its regular events for reduced buy-ins as part of its Spring Sales promotion. The monthly Sunday Blast, for instance, will be offered for $109 instead of $215, while the guaranteed prize pool remains $200,000. This tournament is held the first Sunday each month.


Nine additional tourneys have a discount entry fee in the first week of April. For example, the buy-in for the Monday Night Omaha event is reduced by 80%! Needless to say, the guaranteed prize pools remain intact.

IPoker has introduced a number of improvements this year. In January, they updated their software, making being a player of the network a more interactive and social experience. In February, they enabled late registration in all their tournaments: the limit is 15 minutes in the Speed/Rocket events, 30 minutes in the Turbo events, one hour in the Regular events and two hours in special tournaments, like the Sunday $200k GP or the iPoker Online Poker Series (IPOS). Finally, the network switched to the weighted rake calculation, effective 5 March, after which players get their VIP points in proportion to their contribution to the pot.
