The Global Poker League has stated that they are looking for partnerships with both social gaming sites and real money online poker providers.
The company is already in discussions with free social gaming sites like Zynga, Pokerist, Boyaa, Tencent and DragonPlay and has also contacted all major players on the real money poker market.
A potential partnership with one of the major companies could also help the GPL with their new initiative called PlayGPL. There is not a lot of information regarding this idea as of yet, but what's certain is that product will aim to get the GPL viewers more involved in the battles. If they can find the ideal platform with one of the companies, this product could be a big help to the promotion of the Global Poker League.
Previously, the owner of the Global Poker League, Alex Dreyfus also said that it's possible that the GPL will be starting their own poker room.
Currently the Global Poker League is on break, the battles will continue in the fall.
