The rules are the following:

• You need to put in at least 10 big blinds into the put before you make your hand.
• You need to use both of your hole cards.
• Only quads made with a pocket pair qualify.

In case you didn't commit 10 big blinds, before hitting your hand, you can still be a jackpot winner, as hands that improve to a better hand also qualify.

For example, you limp with T9 and hit a miraculous 8 7 6 flop before putting any additional money into the pot. In this case, you aren't eligible for the prize. Running it multiple(RIMT) times won't affect the jackpot - provided you already had the qualifying hand before running it multiple times. If you improve during RIMT, you don't qualify.
