Monster Series and KO Series getting closer at Partypoker

Partypoker's $60,000,000 has come to an end, and the site wasted no time, to release the schedule for the Monster Series and the KO Series.

The third editions of the two upcoming tournament festivals will have a combined guaranteed prize pool of more than $12.5 million.

The Monster Series will kick off on October 28, offering 8 days of fun all players, with 169 tournaments for each buy-in tiers - Low, Medium, and High. The lowest available tournaments will run with a $1.10 buy-in, while the high-tier events start from $22 buy-ins.

The popular Mix-max tournaments (where the event starts with 8-max tables, which later change to 6-max tables) will return, just like PLO tournaments, but PKO events are not on the schedule.

Compared to the previous Monster Series, the upcoming edition will see a 20% boost in the overall guarantees, while the $55 Championship event will return with a $300,000 meaning a 50% increase on November 4.

The KO Series will certainly be a big hit

KO Series will run from November 18 to November 25, with $10,000,000 in total guarantees during 227 tournaments in 8 days.

Just like the POWERFEST, the KO Series will offer five different buy-in levels. The featured event will be the $5,200 Championship with a cool $1 million GTD.

As Partypoker has recently removed the fee on the bounty element of the buy-ins, - which applies to the KO Series as well - players can enjoy the 40-60% reduction in rake during the festival.
