The most popular tournament festival amongst high-rollers is definitely the Triton Series, where the buy-ins usually range between €10,000 and €250,000.
This time the Montenegro stop at the Maestral Resort & Casino, will include 11 events. The smallest event is the HKD 100K (~€11K) Short Deck Ante-Only event, while the biggest is the Short Deck Main Event with an HKD 1 million buy-in (~€110K).
The festival kicks off on May 5th, with the 250K HKD NLH 8-Handed TURBO which ends on the 6th. See the full schedule below:
The Triton Series was founded by Asian businessman and recreation gambler Paul Phua and quickly became the biggest attraction in the live tournament circuit.
The huge buy-ins, huge prize pools, and the nosebleed cash games during the tournaments is what makes the series so popular amongst both high-rollers and fans.
