As we reported yesterday, Full Tilt Poker has not yet commented on its situation. The ice broke, however, the company sent out a short email to its customers in which they explain that they currently cannot do anything really:
"Hi,
As you have heard, the Alderney Gaming Control Commission (AGCC) has suspended Full Tilt Poker?s license with immediate effect, subject to a formal hearing late July.
Full Tilt is in ongoing discussions with the AGCC with the aim of rectifying the situation as soon as possible, therefore re-enabling real money play on the site.
Unfortunately, until this is resolved Full Tilt Poker is unable to facilitate any play, and this includes deposits and withdrawals.
Full Tilt Poker are deeply sorry for this inconvenience and will update you as and when there is further information available.
Thanks,
Antony
Full Tilt Poker Support"
This, of course is not that calming for the worried/sceptical players who want their money back, but we'll see soon how this pans out. Full Tilt is already working on the solution; it is rumored that besides negatioating with the AGCC, they also contacted KGC (Kahnawake Gaming Commission), a licensing jurisdiction which currently licenses the likes of UB and Absolute Poker. Further evidence for this theory is that it was noticed earlier today that Fulltiltpoker.com and Fulltiltpoker.fr now resolve to a mohawk.ca server, which belongs to the Kahnawake Data Centre.
