We already wrote about this year's PCA, you must be familiar with the schedule and the PCA as a whole by now. One of the most popular tournaments has grown year by year, in 2004 only 221 players participated in the main event, and the prize pool was $1,657,500. In 2010, 1529 registered players generated a $14,831,300 prize pool.
The side events will be running soon, which also might bring some interesting action to us: beyond many smaller ones, the $100,000 Super High Roller tournament, a $25,000 High Roller tournament, a $10,000 Turbo Six-Max contest will blow our minds in the following days.

It is also rumored that Tony G, PartyPoker's sponsored pro, Isildur1's latest challenger (who got beat by the young Swedish pro, full story here) wants a rematch with Isildur, on his "home turf", PartyPoker, which he thinks would be fair with his sponsor. He apparently plans to do so at the PCA, if Isildur1 "dares to" show up, even in a mask.
Jason Mercier - Daniel Negreanu
Daniel Negreanu and Jason Mercier will also participate in the exotic event, they already arranged a prop bet relating to tournament success. The two PokerStars pros agreed to pay for each other's ITM finish $2,000, final table finish $5,000, top3 finish $10,000, tournament win $25,000. We'll see how the two will do this year. I
