One of the most exotic live poker tournaments in a year is the PokerStars Caribbean Adventure. The event will be held where it is held since 2005, the luxurious Atlantis Resort on Paradise Island in the Bahamas. Michael Ward, Tournament Director for the PokerStars Caribbean Adventure stated in the original press release:
“The PCA is truly a poker player’s paradise. Each January, thousands of players descend upon Atlantis to take part in the first major tournament of the year. Last year’s event produced over $24 million in total prize money and, without a doubt, the PCA 2011 is going to be richer than ever. The PCA is a must-play event for both the recreational and the professional player.”
