Event #2 final table was held yesterday in Cannes, France. The €1,090 No Limit Hold'em tournament was lead by the Italian Gianluca Sperenza, who amassed 757,000 chips; but of course the main question of the day was whether Roberto Romanello win his Triple Crown right there or not. The Welsh Romanello already won an EPT and a WPT title earlier.

Chip counts:

Seat 1: Nabil Nedjai - 250.500
Seat 2: Andrew Hinrichsen - 434.000
Seat 3: Gregory Lejolivet - 95.000
Seat 4: Bernard Guigon - 53.000
Seat 5: Gianluca Speranza - 757.000
Seat 6: Roberto Romanello - 253.000
Seat 7: Tarcisio Bruno - 153.500
Seat 8: Eric Baudry - 232.000
Seat 9: John Eames - 106.500

Gregory Lejolivet and Nabil Nadjai were the first to leave the table, who were quickly followed by the young British talent John Eames. He went all-in to Tarcisio Bruno's open with around 120,000 with his {#}A {#}Q , but Bruno's pocket aces held.

Eric Baudry finished 6th, then Romanello ran into Andrew Hinrinchsen's aces, which left the Welsh pro with 55,000 chips, which proved to be insufficient to stand up again; in the next hand (2.000/6.000/12.000) Romanello pushed his money in to Bernard Guigon 24,000 pre-flop raise. Romanello's {#}A {#}2 was no match against Guigon's {#}A {#}K .

Soon Guigon and Bruno had to leave the table as well, which set the following heads-up:

Gianluca Speranza - 1.794.000
Andrew Hinrichsen - 541.000

Hinrichsen quickly took the lead from Speranza, he started the last hand (23th blind level, 3.000/10.000/20.000) being the chipleader. Speranza raised to 42,000, Hinrichsen re-raised to 100,000, Sperenza called. The flop came {#}K {#}7 {#}3 . Hinrichsen bet 115,000, Sperenza called after a bit of hesitation. On the {#}6 turn Hinrichsen bet 200,000, Sperenza called again. On the {#}3 river Hinrichsen went all-in, Sperenza insta-called. Hinrichsen showed {#}A {#}K , and took the pot with a better kicker against Sperenza's {#}K {#}9 .
