Absolute Poker and UB, members of the Cereus Poker Network have finally issued a statement concerning the indictment of the US Department of Justice. They haven't commented on the legal action so far, but now they ensured their users that their main priority is to refund the balances to the players.

The U.S. Department of Justice has seized the domain names of four major poker rooms: PokerStars, Full Tilt Poker, UB.com and Absolute Poker. According to a statement published by the Department of Justice, the founders of the sites are charged with "bank fraud, money laundering, and illegal gambling offenses."
