Corrections Policy

Bonuses change, licences move, poker rooms close. We work to keep every page current across three languages, but errors happen — and what we do about them matters more than pretending they don't.

Email editorial@rakerace.com with the page address and what you believe is wrong. Anyone can report an error — you don't need an account. Reports go to our editor, who handles corrections, and we acknowledge every report within 24 hours.

• Factual errors — a wrong bonus figure, an outdated licence, an incorrect payout time — are corrected as soon as they are verified, and the page's "last checked" date is updated to the date of the fix.

• Material errors — anything that could have affected a player's decision to deposit — additionally get a visible correction note on the page, stating what was wrong and when it was fixed.

• Disputes about opinion — you disagree with a ranking or an assessment — are welcome at the same address, but are handled as feedback rather than corrections. Rankings change through re-checking, not negotiation.

Corrections are never removed retroactively to make the archive look cleaner. An article corrected in 2024 still shows its correction note today. The same applies to our promotion archives: a settled leaderboard stays exactly as it settled, which is what makes the record on our payouts page worth anything.
