Huck Seed has probably never performed so poorly in a WSOP in his entire career as this year: he entered 23 events but cashed in none. He was down about $200,000, the total sum of the buy-ins he paid, but his summer is not going so bad after all.

Recently, Seed has tweeted that he had hit a massive jackpot: “Internet poker is down in the US, but I’m still pressing buttons,” he wrote and linked the picture below.

Although many have at first been sceptical about him actually winning that money, he did seem solemn, especially when he added some details later: “Was a 500 per hand machine, I put in about 50k over about 6 hours before I hit it.”
Seed had won an amount bigger than this only once before: in 1996 he was crowned world champion and he cashed $1,000,000. The American pro has always had a reputation for a notorious gambler, which has just got seriously reinforced.
