The minimum buy-in will be $150,000, but players are free to bring more money to the table. The cash game will run with blinds of $300/$600 and $100 antes.
This is the second series of new episodes for Poker After Dark's current season, but this is also the first time that we will see a cash game, as the first part featured a $100k buy-in winner-takes-all tournament (with John Juanda, Erick Lindgren, Phil Galfond, Huck Seed, Tom Dwan and Phil Ivey).
The following players will compare wits, luck and skills in the upcoming episodes:
Greg Mueller
A former hockey player sponsored by Full Tilt Poker, owner of two WSOP bracelets from 2009, and more than $1.8 million in live tournament earnings.
Howard Lederer
A regular guest of the show, also a Full Tilt Pro (two WSOP bracelets and two WPT titles).
Eli Elezra
Also a Poker After Dark 'veteran', an awesome live cash player as well, owning a WSOP bracelet and a WPT title.
Phil Laak
The lucky boyfriend of Jennifer Tilly, double Poker After Dark winner and trademark-hoodie wearer.
David Peat
Similarly to ELezra, he is best known as a live cash player. Peat used to be a fill-in player for Poker After Dark (only joining the game if someone left or got busted), but this time he will be there from the very beginning.
Olivier Busquet
Making his debut at Poker After Dark, Olivier is a hardcore online player also owning a WPT title and at least $2,000,000 in live tourney earnings.
We hope, that such a strong table will tend to the success of the show, and we will see plenty of action, aggression and tough decisions to learn from in the next two weeks.
