50 winners of the 7 past EPT seasons sat down at the tables to decide who the Champion of Champions will be. The first EPT champion, Alex Stevic (2004 EPT S01 Barcelona 80.000€) played in the same field as Ivan Freitez, who won this year's Main Event just a few days ago (2011 EPT S07 Grand Final 1.500.000€).

Final Results:

1. Jason Mercier €50,000 EPT Buy-ins
2. Galen Hall €25,000 EPT Buy-ins
3. Max Lykov €15,000 EPT Buy-ins
4. Vicky Coren €10,000 EPT Buy-ins

Jason Mercier's winning spree started with the 4th season of EPT. He won the EPT San Remo Main Event for €869,000. 6 months later, he took down the EPT High Roller for £516,000. These were followed by a WSOP bracelet in 2009 ($237,462) plus 2 consecutive victories at the NAPT Mohegan Sun High Roller event in 2010 and 2011 ($475,000 and $246,600). His total live tournament winnings with bonuses are more than $6 million.
