March is already one of the busiest months in the online poker calendar, yet PartyPoker has added further competition by relaunching its long-standing MILLIONS Online series.

The first edition of 2026 began on March 1 and will run through March 24. While it shares the spotlight with major online festivals on competing platforms, PartyPoker has opted for a more measured structure this time around, backing the series with $4 million in total guarantees across a broad tournament schedule.

At the center of the festival sits a $300,000 guaranteed Main Event, anchoring a lineup designed to appeal to both low- and mid-stakes players.

$4M in Guarantees Across a Diverse Schedule

MILLIONS Online 2026 offers buy-ins ranging from $5.50 to $320, creating an accessible pathway for recreational players while still catering to established mid-stakes regulars.

The festival covers multiple formats:

  • No-Limit Hold’em (NLHE)
  • Pot-Limit Omaha (PLO)
  • PLO8

However, bounty tournaments dominate the schedule. Progressive Knockouts (PKO) and Mystery Bounty events make up a significant share of the offerings, shaping much of the festival’s identity.

Main Event Structure

The $300,000 guaranteed Main Event:

  • Buy-in: $320
  • Format: Progressive Knockout (PKO)
  • Starting flights: 6

To widen participation, PartyPoker is awarding 400 Main Event seats via satellites. Of these, 300 come through Phased qualifiers, where buy-ins are capped at $11—offering a low-cost route into the flagship event.

Omaha Main Event and Six-Figure Tournaments

Omaha players are also catered for with a $215 PLO Main Event carrying a $50,000 guarantee, also structured as a PKO.

Beyond the headline tournament, four additional events feature six-figure guarantees. Among them:

Sunday Party

  • Buy-in: $109
  • Guarantee: $100,000
  • Runs across four Sundays during the series
  • One edition uses the Mystery Bounty format

The first Sunday Party of the series drew 865 entries and fell short of its guarantee by $13,500.

Sunday Carnival

  • Buy-in: $22
  • Guarantee: $40,000
  • Scheduled on each of the four Sundays

Mystery Bounties, Ultra Bounties, and Structural Variations

PartyPoker’s bounty events come in several variations:

  • Standard Bounty: 50% of buy-in to prize pool, 50% to bounties
  • Ultra Bounty: 75% of buy-in allocated to bounties
  • Mystery Bounty: Random bounty draws activated at specific stages

Mystery Bounty structures differ depending on the event:

  • In some tournaments, the bounty phase begins once 20% of the field remains.
  • Most activate bounty draws when late registration closes.
  • Main Events apply a delayed format, with bounties only introduced on Day 2.

Notably, Total Bounty events—where 100% of the buy-in goes toward knockout prizes—are not included in this edition.

The broader schedule is complemented by:

  • 7-Max and 8-Max Mystery Bounty events ($40K–$50K guarantees)
  • Deepstack tournaments
  • Hyper and turbo formats
  • 6-Max, 7-Max, and 8-Max configurations

From Record-Breaking Heights to a Scaled Format

MILLIONS Online first launched in 2017 as a single high-profile tournament with a $5,300 buy-in. By 2019, it had evolved into one of the largest online poker events ever staged, backed by a $20 million guarantee and awarding seven-figure prizes.

Since then, the competitive landscape has changed considerably. Stricter regulation in key markets and the rise of newer global operators have reshaped the online tournament ecosystem. Over the past several years, the scale of MILLIONS Online has gradually adjusted.

Recent editions illustrate that shift:

  • 2022: Rebranded as a Knockout Series with a $1M Main Event guarantee
  • 2023: Ten-event schedule with $2M in total guarantees
  • 2024: $500K guaranteed Main Event
  • 2026 (current): $300K guaranteed Main Event

The most recent prior edition took place in September 2025 with $5 million guaranteed, following another $5 million installment in May 2025.

Stronger Focus on Live Expansion

While online guarantees have been moderated, PartyPoker continues to invest in live events.

Its PartyPoker Tour, introduced in 2025, returns in 2026 with nine confirmed stops, including events in Seville, Madrid, and London. The operator has also expanded its ambassador lineup, now consisting of eight players, with the recent addition of Niall Farrell.

Final Days of the Series

MILLIONS Online 2026 runs through March 24, offering three weeks of multi-format action with a heavy emphasis on bounty tournaments and accessible qualifiers.

Although smaller in scale than its peak years, the series remains a notable entry in March’s crowded online festival calendar, combining broad accessibility with a structured, knockout-driven format that continues to define PartyPoker’s modern tournament offering.
