Andrii Novak Wins 2026 WSOP Online Main Event for $3.9M

The biggest tournament of the 2026 WSOP Online has come to an end, with the $5,000 Main Event attracting a total of 6,008 entries and generating a massive $28,538,000 prize pool.

A total of 608 players returned for Day 2, with nine eventually advancing to the final table. In the end, Ukraine's Andrii Novak emerged victorious to claim the online world championship title.

Novak earned $3,931,259 and the first WSOP bracelet of his career. GGPoker also awarded him a $30,000 Super Pass, giving him the opportunity to compete in the 2026 WSOP Paradise Super Main Event.

Pablo Silva was the first player eliminated from the final table. The Brazilian got all his chips in with ace-queen against Simon Beckmann's ace-king but was unable to improve. Silva finished ninth for $491,676.

Yury Nadinsky followed shortly afterwards. With only seven big blinds remaining, he moved all-in with ace-four and ran into Charles La Boissonniere's ace-king. The better hand held, sending Nadinsky to the rail in eighth place for $637,476.

Arian Hassankashani was the next to go after his pocket tens ran into Moyan Chen's pocket jacks. No ten appeared on the board, ending Hassankashani's run in seventh place for $826,555.

Pavlo Yakovliev suffered a particularly painful river elimination. His suited ace-queen was in a coin flip against Chen's pocket sevens. A queen arrived on the river, but it also put a fourth spade on the board, completing Chen's flush. The Ukrainian collected $1,071,761 for sixth place.

Charles La Boissonniere exited in fifth. He got all-in with suited ace-jack against Novak's pocket threes. A jack appeared on the flop, but so did a three, giving Novak a flopped set. La Boissonniere took home $1,389,754.

Fernando Liano was the next player eliminated. His ace-ten was dominated by Beckmann's ace-queen, and a queen on the turn effectively sealed his fate. Liano earned $1,802,141 for fourth place.

Moyan Chen fell just short of the heads-up battle. Chen defended his big blind with nine-eight against Beckmann's suited queen-jack. On an ace-ten-nine flop, Chen check-called before opting for a check-raise all-in on the turn. Beckmann called, and a king on the river completed his straight.

Chen finished third for $2,336,938.

Thanks to the huge pot against Chen, Simon Beckmann entered heads-up play with a substantial chip lead over Novak. However, the momentum soon shifted.

A poorly timed move from Beckmann allowed Novak to double up, and the Ukrainian gradually took control of the match. By the time the final hand arrived, Novak held approximately a 10-to-1 chip lead.

Novak moved all-in with ace-jack, and Beckmann called with suited queen-seven. An ace on the flop strengthened Novak's lead considerably. A ten on the turn gave Beckmann some additional hope, but a five on the river brought the tournament to an end.

Simon Beckmann collected $3,030,486 as the runner-up, while Andrii Novak was crowned the 2026 WSOP Online Main Event champion.

Novak captured his first WSOP bracelet in the biggest tournament of the online series, and thanks to the $30,000 WSOP Paradise Super Pass, he will soon have another opportunity to chase a major title in the Bahamas.
