The 2026 edition of APT Online is underway on GGPoker, bringing three weeks of tournament action to players around the world. The festival offers a broad selection of events, ranging from affordable tournaments to high-stakes competitions with buy-ins reaching $5,000.
The schedule is built around 20 Trophy Events, with the $800 Main Event and its $5 million guarantee serving as the festival's main attraction. Several other tournaments feature seven-figure prize pools, while a series of National Cups adds a regional element to the competition.
Beyond the regular tournament prizes, GGPoker has introduced a promotional package worth $400,000, including leaderboard rewards, a special freeroll and seats to the live APT Championship.
$5 Million Main Event Leads the Tournament Schedule
The largest tournament of APT Online 2026 is the $800 Main Event, which begins on November 1 and offers a guaranteed prize pool of $5 million.
It is one of several major events scheduled for the final weekend of the festival, alongside the $3,000 Super High Roller, which guarantees $1 million.
Players looking for a more affordable route to a major prize pool can enter the $80 Mini Main Event on October 25. Despite its relatively low buy-in, the tournament features a $1 million guarantee.
Another highlight is the $250 Mystery Bounty Hunter on October 18, offering $2 million in guaranteed prizes. The format combines a traditional tournament prize structure with mystery bounty rewards for eliminating opponents.
High-stakes players also have several opportunities throughout the festival. The $5,000 Superstar Challenge opened the series with a $750,000 guarantee, while the $1,050 APT Online High Roller and Bounty Hunters High Roller each offer $600,000 in guaranteed prizes.
The festival also caters to Pot-Limit Omaha enthusiasts through the $525 Masters Omaha PLO Bounty event on October 29, which carries a $200,000 guarantee.

GGPoker Adds $400,000 in Promotional Rewards
In addition to the $40 million in tournament guarantees, APT Online 2026 offers $400,000 in extra promotional value.
The rewards are divided into three categories:
- $100,000 Tournament Leaderboard: Players earn points through their performances in the 20 Trophy Events, with prizes awarded according to the final standings.
- $100,000 APT Championship Freeroll: A special tournament on November 7 offers players an opportunity to win APT Championship-related prizes.
- $200,000 in Championship Seats: Each of the 20 Trophy Event winners receives a $10,000 APT Championship seat.
The additional rewards are designed to encourage participation across multiple tournaments rather than focusing exclusively on the biggest events.
Freeroll Starting Stacks Depend on Participation
One of the more unusual features of the promotion is the November 7 APT Championship Freeroll.
Eligible players receive a single entry, but their starting stack depends on the number of different Trophy Events they have played during the festival.
Each unique Trophy Event adds 1,000 chips to the player's starting stack. Someone who participates in five different events will therefore begin with 5,000 chips, while a player who enters all 20 will receive the maximum 20,000-chip stack.
Additional entries into the same tournament do not increase the starting stack, making participation across different events more valuable than repeated attempts in a single competition.
Freeroll tickets are scheduled for distribution between November 4 and 6.
The $100,000 promotional prize pool includes APT Championship satellite tickets and a $10,000 Main Event seat.
Trophy Winners Receive APT Championship Seats
Winning an APT Online Trophy Event brings an additional reward beyond the tournament's regular payout.
Each champion receives a seat worth $10,000 for the APT Championship, creating a direct connection between GGPoker's online festival and the Asian Poker Tour's live tournament circuit.
With 20 Trophy Events on the schedule, GGPoker has allocated a total of $200,000 in Championship seats.
The first seat won by a player must be used for the 2026 APT Championship and cannot be transferred or refunded.
However, players who win multiple Trophy Events receive more flexibility with subsequent seats. These can be transferred, exchanged for T$5,000 in tournament credits or, upon request, carried forward to the 2027 APT Championship.
Promotional tickets issued during the series are subject to an expiration date at the end of November 2026.
Three Weeks of Action Across Different Stakes
APT Online 2026 combines several elements that have become increasingly common in major online poker festivals: substantial Main Event guarantees, accessible tournaments with large prize pools, bounty formats and additional incentives linked to live events.
The National Cups provide a distinctive regional identity, while the $80 Mini Main Event and $250 Mystery Bounty Hunter give lower-stakes players access to seven-figure guaranteed prize pools.
At the opposite end of the schedule, the Superstar Challenge and Super High Roller offer major tournaments for players accustomed to four-figure buy-ins.
The Championship seat rewards also give the series a broader significance, allowing successful online players to secure entry into one of the Asian Poker Tour's major live competitions.
With the festival already underway, attention will gradually shift toward the closing weekend, when the $5 million Main Event and $1 million Super High Roller take center stage.
APT Online 2026 continues on GGPoker until November 2, with the promotional APT Championship Freeroll scheduled for November 7.
