During recent PokerStars live tournament events, sister site Full Tilt Poker has announced its new brand ambassadors. In the UK & Ireland Poker Tour (UKIPT), Martins Adeniya, Sinem ‘Sin’ Melin, Dermot Blain and Ben Jenkins received the honours of representing the online poker site, starting with the Main Event of the Galway Poker Festival.
The team colours are worn by another three young professionals as well; in the Main Event of the final, Queenstown stop of the Australian New Zealand Poker Tour (ANZPT), Tom Grigg, Jono Karamalikis and Liam O’ Rourke were introduced as representatives of FTP. The players get to wear the room’s badges and are marked as Red Pros online. Being an ambassador is a temporary honour meaning sponsorship for the given poker series for one season.
While the Galway Poker Festival is already underway, the NZ$3,000 Main Event of ANZPT Queenstown has just launched in the SKYCITY Queenstown Casino. The name may ring a bell to non-Australian or New-Zealand players as well, being featured in the popular documentary show “Just the Job”, presenting the challenges and excitement of being a dealer.
