WSOP Circuit and WSOP Europe
The World Series of Poker Europe (WSOPE) will begin in a few months, and it looks to be an epic and possibly record breaking event. Aiming to break the 2022 record of a €12 million guaranteed prize pool, the 2023 WSOPE is shaping into an extravagant affair. But first, there are exciting international circuits to enjoy before the big event.
International Circuit Stops
Three international circuits are scheduled to take off before the WSOPE, while another five events scheduled afterwards, running until March 2024. The London circuit has already started and runs until mid-August. Here are the other stops with the Czech Republic hosting a circuit event and then the WSOPE.
- Estonia - September 14-24
- Czech Republic - September 20 - October 25
- WSOPE (Czech Republic) - October 25 - November 16
- Italy - November 25 - December 3
- Czech Republic - January 3-16
- Canada - January 10-22
- Morocco - January 12-21
- Brazil - March 12-20
There’s also a brand new winter stop in the Bahamas, the $50 million WSOP Paradise. This Caribbean event will award 15 bracelets and runs December 3-14. However, the organisers may yet add more international circuit stops, so keep an eye on the event schedule if you’re interested.
World Series of Poker Europe
Meanwhile, the 14th edition of the World Series of Poker Europe tournament will run from the 25th of October to the 16th of November. The Czech Republic will be the location this year again, with Rozvadov hosting the prestigious tournament series for the sixth consecutive time. In 2022, the tournament reached new highs, where 15 events awarded over €18 million in prize money.
This year, the WSOPE will award another 15 coveted bracelets. This number brings the total number of awarded bracelets from the brand to a minimum of 159 in 2023. Not to mention, GGPoker, as the official partner to WSOP, is also running a bracelet series, which may result in a record-breaking number of bracelets awarded in a year.
Highlights to Look Out For
This year’s highlight event is a €10,350 Main Event, with €5 million of the overall €14 million guaranteed prize pool. Further, the brand expects over 350 online qualifiers, and GGPoker is running many satellites and promotions to give players the worldover a fighting chance to sit at the prestigious and, obviously, lucrative tournament.

Besides the main event, you also have other exciting tournaments like the Mystery Bounty with a €1,100 buy-in, the $25,000 GGMillion high-roller event, and a Closer event of €550 buy-in to mark the end of the WSOPE.
