PartyPoker Tour Expands Beyond the UK With First International Stop in Seville

The PartyPoker Tour is set to take a significant step in its development with its first event outside the United Kingdom. After establishing itself through a series of festivals in England and Scotland during its inaugural season in 2025, the tour will now head to Spain for a week-long festival in Seville, scheduled for March 16–22, 2026.

The move marks an important milestone for PartyPoker’s live tournament strategy, signaling its intention to grow the brand’s presence across continental Europe while maintaining the accessible structure and recreational-friendly approach that defined its early success.

The festival will take place at Casino Admiral Sevilla, with a full schedule built around moderate buy-ins and meaningful guarantees. The opening event, the €150 Mini Main Event, begins on March 16 and offers a €50,000 guaranteed prize pool. Multiple starting flights, including faster turbo and hyper-turbo formats, are designed to accommodate players with varying schedules while maintaining flexibility for those arriving later in the week.

Beyond the opening event, the schedule features a range of No-Limit Hold’em tournaments, including knockout formats and a €1,000 High Roller. However, the focal point of the series is the €500 Main Event, which carries a €100,000 guarantee and is expected to attract a diverse player pool consisting of both local Spanish competitors and international visitors.

The Main Event begins on March 19 with four starting flights spread across three days. Players have multiple entry opportunities, including faster turbo and hyper-turbo options, increasing accessibility and maximizing field size.

Late registration remains open for nine levels in each flight, and approximately one quarter of the field is expected to advance to Day 2. The tournament will then progress through its final stages over the weekend, culminating in the crowning of a champion on March 22.

Although No-Limit Hold’em forms the backbone of the festival, the schedule also includes several Pot-Limit Omaha tournaments and alternative formats. Events such as a multi-card PLO tournament and a PLO Masters Main Event provide opportunities for players specializing in Omaha variants.

Additionally, the inclusion of a Crazy Pineapple bounty tournament introduces further variety, catering to players seeking alternative formats beyond traditional Hold’em. This diversified approach reflects the growing popularity of mixed game offerings within the live tournament ecosystem.

Players unable to buy directly into the Main Event can qualify through online satellites on PartyPoker. These qualification routes begin at extremely low entry points and progress through multiple stages, ultimately awarding complete live event packages.
