Jake Cody was the biggest winner of this year's British Poker Awards, taking down the Best Tournament Player and the Player of the Year awards as well. The Best International Player title went to Jason Mercier. The ceremony was held as the highlight of the 2011 Poker in the Park festival in London.

The Finn daredevil Ilari 'Ziigmund' Sahamies took down the biggest pot in the history of PokerStars: the young pro won $421,836 with his nut flush at the online high stakes tables.
