November

Following 16 months of waiting, Full Tilt Poker finally reopened for business in early November.

On charges of violating the state’s gambling laws, the Belgian authorities arrested bwin.party co-CEO Norbert Teufelberger, who was in Brussels to attend a conference on the European regulation of online gaming.
