The entire player pool of the ex-iPoker member has been successfully moved to partypoker.
According to our sources, the migration has already gone down in a rather quiet fashion, with no official statement from partypoker nor Coral Poker.
Coral Poker now uses the same software as partypoker, meaning the same games and player pools are available as in the partypoker software. However, the site has its own skin, with its own color scheme and themes.
“Our brand new poker download client offers the biggest online games with huge tournament guarantees, jackpot sit and goes and cash games,” Coral Poker's website reads. “We have a range of new features including automated weekly cashback, completely re-designed tables, and lobby layout.”
The usual partypoker MTTs, the cash-games (including fastforward tables) and the SPINS are also available from the Coral Poker client.
The company behind partypoker, GVS acquired Ladbrokes-Coral in 2018, but the two rooms stayed in the iPoker network up until now. Coral Poker has completely moved to the partypoker network, while Ladbrokes will join the network in the upcoming months.
With this move, the player pools at partypoker will probably grow, while the iPoker network's traffic will decrease. However, there are several members of the MPN, that will join iPoker later this year, so the player pools in the network are likely to get back to its original level.
