The 2024 stats stand out not just for the rise in activity, but for the sharp increase in average recovered funds per account, which nearly doubled compared to the previous year.

PartyPoker continues to lead the industry in transparency around cheating and bot detection. It remains the only major operator to publish annual bot and account closure statistics consistently, whereas other platforms—such as PokerStars, GGPoker, and 888poker—have shared such data only sporadically.

The operator’s dedication to fairness extended beyond reporting. In the second half of 2024, it released a series of in-depth blog posts on Game Integrity topics. These included interviews with the internal team, insights into detection methods, and even calls for cross-operator collaboration in tackling fraud.

“I wouldn’t even be opposed to telling other operators exactly how to do statistical analysis to highlight bot rings,” said Juha Pasanen, Head of Game Integrity at PartyPoker. “We’re all in this together.”

The company also reaffirmed its policy of banning online cheaters from live events, a stance that aligns with similar measures from PokerStars and GGPoker. Ahead of the 2025 PartyPoker Tour launch in London, a new blog post reinforced that players caught cheating online would be blacklisted from all PartyPoker live venues—and vice versa.
