BCPoker Desktop Client Is Live: Multi-Tabling Just Became Possible on the Softest Crypto Poker Site

On 6 August 2026, BCPoker released native desktop clients for Windows and macOS. Until that point, desktop players had exactly one option: a browser tab. Mobile had native apps. Desktop did not.

That sounds like a convenience update. It isn't. For anyone playing more than one table, the browser was the reason BCPoker's rakeback ladder was effectively out of reach — and the new client is the reason it now isn't.

Getting it: log in to your BCPoker account and click "Download Desktop Client" on the homepage. The site detects your operating system and serves the correct installer. No separate Windows and Mac download pages to hunt through.

The multi-tabling upgrade — the part that matters:

What stayed the same: the lobby layout, table design and navigation are essentially unchanged, so there's no relearning curve. Two small tweaks — the lobby button moved into the menu, and the old shortcut for opening a new table is gone.

And the constraint that didn't move: four tables maximum. BCPoker still caps you at four simultaneously. That cap is the single most important number in this article, and here's why.

BCPoker's VIP program is a rake-velocity system, not a rake-total system. Miss that and you misjudge the room entirely.

The mechanics, straight from the program:

• $1 in rake = 100 Tier Points
• The bottom tier pays 10% rakeback with no time limit — it holds even through a long break
• Every tier above Silver I must be reached within a 30-day window
• Reaching a new level resets the 30-day timer, giving you a fresh cycle for the next one
• Fail to earn the required points in the following 30 days and you drop one level

So the question isn't "can I generate enough rake eventually?" It's "can I generate it inside 30 days?" — and that's a question about tables per hour, not months played.

Since 100 Tier Points = $1 in rake, the published point requirements convert directly:

Read the top half of that table again. Gold I — 17% rakeback plus a monthly bonus — needs $140 of rake in a 30-day cycle. Gold III, at 21%, needs $300.

On one browser table you were fighting for Silver. On four native windows with a saved grid layout, the Gold tiers are a normal month, and Platinum is a genuine target for a regular grinder. Same site, same stakes, same games — the client is what changed the arithmetic.

That's the honest reason this launch matters more than a typical software update: BCPoker's rewards were always gated behind volume, and until 6 August the platform didn't give desktop players a practical way to produce it.

Rakeback only matters if the games are beatable. BCPoker's case rests on four things.

1. The player pool comes from a casino. BCPoker launched at the end of 2024 inside the BC.Game ecosystem, and its players arrive largely from BC.Game's casino and sportsbook. 2. Deep stacks change the edge. Standard buy-in is 100 BB almost everywhere. BCPoker lets you sit with up to 400 BB, and tables routinely run 300–700 BB deep with 1,000+ BB stacks appearing. Post-flop skill gets far more room to express itself than in a shallow-stack lobby.

3. Casino-style features pull recreational money into pots. Bomb Pot (everyone in, action starts on the flop), Lucky Drop (a few BBs handed to every player at the table), and a Jackpot funded from cash-game rake — 2% for qualifying poker hands, 10% for a straight flush, 20% for a royal. All-in Insurance is available from the flop for players who want to cut variance, at a cost.

4. Daily leaderboards, small fields. A $500 daily cash-game leaderboard ($150 for stakes up to NL50, $350 for NL100+) where even single-table players regularly reach paid positions, plus a $350 daily Spin & Go leaderboard across buy-ins from $0.25 to $100.

The rake structure: a flat 5% across all cash-game stakes with caps that scale by limit and player count, 7% on Spin & Go, and 10% on tournament buy-ins.

That is not a leaderboard you need to grind 100 hours to reach. It's a leaderboard where modest, consistent volume finishes in the money — because BCPoker's traffic is still small, and most tracked players haven't started. The payouts run ten deep, down to $15.

Three separate pieces:

$5 no-deposit bonus. Credited in BCD after KYC (1 BCD = $1). Usable across casino games with real wins and losses, convertible into cash gradually, and valid for BCD-only events. Zero deposit required.

Worked example on a $1,000 deposit:

Two things worth knowing: the bonus has no expiration date, so there's no clock forcing you to rush it — and that $600 of clearing rake is simultaneously feeding your Tier Points, which at 100 TP per $1 puts you at 60,000 points, comfortably into Gold II territory. The clearing requirement and the VIP climb are the same rake, counted twice.

Casino play clears differently: a 50× wagering requirement, where every $50 wagered releases $1 of bonus funds, with slots contributing 100% and low-risk games like roulette contributing less.

• Open an incognito window or clear cookies first. Existing tracking cookies will overwrite ours, and tracking cannot be added retroactively.
• Click Registration on the RakeRace BCPoker page from that window.
• Sign up — only an email address or phone number is needed at this stage.
• Complete KYC. Do it now, not later: it releases the $5 no-deposit bonus, and it's mandatory before any withdrawal. Approval typically takes 2–3 minutes.
• Deposit in crypto — BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC or BC. Minimum is 5 USDT, deposits are free, and funds usually credit immediately. Check the network carefully before sending; a wrong-network transfer can lose the full deposit.
• Log in and click "Download Desktop Client" on the BCPoker homepage. The correct installer for your OS is served automatically.

Being straight about this matters more than a sales pitch, because the wrong expectation is what makes players quit a good spot.

Traffic is still low. At micro and small stakes you'll reliably find one or two active tables; PLO and Short Deck are much thinner than Hold'em. Games above NL2000 are rare. This is a secondary room — a soft spot to fill hours alongside a main site, not a replacement for a high-traffic network.

No external HUD. BC Shield blocks third-party trackers and overlays outright, along with emulators, remote-control setups and bots, with facial-recognition checks at selected tables. BCPoker provides a built-in HUD showing opponent stats drawn from all hands they've played on the site. If your edge depends on PokerTracker or Hold'em Manager, this isn't your room — RedStar Poker on iPoker is, since external HUDs are permitted there.

Sit & Go selection is incomplete. All-in or Fold Sit & Gos exist; traditional SNGs don't. No deep-stack or PLO5/6 tournaments.

Country restrictions are broad. BCPoker operates under an Anjouan licence via Twocent Technology Ltd. (Belize) and excludes a substantial list — including the United States, United Kingdom, France, Spain, Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, Australia and Bulgaria, among others. On fairness, the platform is unusually transparent.
