PokerStars has recently banned residents of the State of Washington from its rooms, due to a Supreme Court decision. Meanwhile, Denmark is planning to give the green lights to international online poker providers.

A US Government proposal of recording all international electronic money transfers, even below $10,000, is now one of the main concerns of US online poker players. If banks report such transactions on a weekly basis, it will render transferring deposits and payouts between players and off-shore poker rooms impossible.
